Carob syrup is rightly called black gold. This superfood has now been rediscovered. We have created some products that are 100% based on the fruit of the carob tree. Carob syrup is gluten-free, additive-free and strengthens the immune system with vitamin A and B vitamins as well as trace elements such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc, manganese and copper. Studies show that eating foods rich in insoluble carob fibre has positive effects on the lipid profile, lowering "bad" (LDL) cholesterol and improving heart function. Carob also contains polyphenols, antioxidants that prevent cancer and hyperlipidaemia. You can add the syrup to smoothies, add it to yoghurt or ice cream, add it to your favourite bread dough. The daily dose is 4 to 6 soup spoons.
